Refund Policy

At RAColor, we are committed to providing professional-grade Capture One styles, presets, and color grading tools for photographers worldwide. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.

1. Try Before You Buy

We encourage all prospective buyers to test our free samples before purchasing. We offer free sample packs on our Try Free page so you can verify color rendering, layer opacity controls, and compatibility with your camera RAW files and editing workflow.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We review refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. You are eligible for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same style pack more than once in the same transaction or within a short period, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
• Corrupted or Defective Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours.
• Unresolvable Technical Incompatibility: If your system meets the stated software requirements (Capture One 20 or newer on supported macOS/Windows versions) and our technical team cannot get the styles to function properly on your system.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the digital files have already been downloaded.
• Purchases made without verifying software compatibility (e.g. attempting to install Capture One styles in Lightroom mobile without required desktop software, or using unsupported legacy versions of software below Capture One 20).
• Inability to provide purchase verification (valid order number or PayPal transaction ID).

4. Replacement Download Links & Lifetime Access

If you ever lose access to your downloaded styles due to a computer crash, drive failure, or hardware upgrade, you do not need to repurchase! Simply contact us with your order number or purchase email, and we will issue fresh, working download links at no additional charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or assistance, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase:

1. Contact us via our Contact Support Form or email us at [email protected].
2. Include your Order Number (e.g. RAC-123456) or PayPal Transaction ID.
3. Provide a brief description of the issue you experienced and any screenshots if applicable.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or linked card) within 3–5 business days.
